Global collaborations of the James Hutton Institute
"The James Hutton Institute collaborates and works in numerous global locations, exporting and importing knowledge, impact, innovation, skills, learning and experience.

The James Hutton Institute Science Strategy 2016-2021 sets out our goals within the context of much longer-term horizon scanning. It describes how we will tackle the scientific challenges needed to help the world, achieve our corporate goals, deliver for our customers and stakeholders and grow the financial stability of the James Hutton Group.

The James Hutton Research Institute is the result of the merger in April 2011 of MLURI and SCRI. This merger formed a new powerhouse for research into food, land use, and climate change.
