The James Hutton Institute will be taking part in the 2011 Gardening Scotland Event, where we will be displaying topical information on soil and crop research and informing our visitors all about The James Hutton Institute.

Gardening Scotland is Scotland’s national celebration of gardening and outdoor living. The 2011 Show will take place from Friday 3 to Sunday 5 June at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, near Edinburgh.

The James Hutton Research Institute is the result of the merger in April 2011 of MLURI and SCRI. This merger formed a new powerhouse for research into food, land use, and climate change.
