The James Hutton Institute is delighted to support the forthcoming Festival of Ideas, organised by the RSA Fellows' Media, Creative Industries, Culture and Heritage (MCICH) Network.

The event will take place at St Stephen Centre, St Stephen's Street, Edinburgh, on 20th and 21st March. RSA fellows, their guests and members of the public are welcome to attend.

Professor Iain Gordon, Chief Executive of the James Hutton Institute, will deliver a keynote presentation on land use, management and ownership on Session 5, Saturday 21 March, 2.00pm to 3.30pm.

The James Hutton Research Institute is the result of the merger in April 2011 of MLURI and SCRI. This merger formed a new powerhouse for research into food, land use, and climate change.
