Current research interests

  • Environmental Change Network: Use of long-term monitoring sites and historical re-sampling strategies in the detection of environmental changes (ECN).
  • Hydrology and Stream Morphology.

Past research

  • Effects of sewage sludge applications to agricultural soils on soil microbial activity and the implications for agricultural productivity and long term soil fertility.
  • A stable isotopic investigation of the processes controlloing lead input to freshwaters from current and past deposition in upland areas.
