Sheena obtained a Royal Society of Chemistry Honours degree at Napier University, Edinburgh. She has worked previously in the Spectrochemistry Department of Scottish Agricultural College in Edinburgh analysing soil and plant material. She then moved into clinical analysis in the Clinical Chemistry Department at Inveresk International, Tranent and on to Clinical Biochemical Analysis in the Department of Medicine, Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh.
After moving to Dundee Sheena worked in North of Scotland Water Microbiology Department and finally at Mylnefield Lipid Analysis where she is a Senior Analytical Chemist.
Sheena has past experience in analysis of soil, clean water, clinical samples and oil and fat samples.
