Take a look and see how you too can make your own mini composter and make a little difference in saving resources. This activity is in accordance with RGC’s school eco-code, “Don’t throw your world away”.

After your wormery is settled in, why don’t you then add some seeds such as cress, beans etc? Have fun experimenting, and remember, all the old shoots and root material will add to the organic matter in your composter. You should not have to add much water as there should be enough recycled from the old lettuce etc.
Care: Do not add citrus fruits... the wrigglers hate them!
