Scotland’s natural assets provide a wealth of goods and services which are of benefit to human wellbeing, such as food, fuel, climate regulation and recreation opportunities. To ensure a sustainable future we must balance our economic and social activities with these assets.
Our research aims to assign values to our natural assets, identify any threats and propose measures to reduce risks and protect these resources for future generations.
