The partnership was set up to aid in the delivery of Integrated Coastal Zone Management, between Fraserburgh and St Cyrus.

The East Grampian Coastal Partnership [1] is a group of individuals, with representatives from local authorities, industry, conservation bodies, recreation and tourism groups, local residents and many others with an interest in the future wellbeing of the local coast.

The partnership was set up to aid in the delivery of Integrated Coastal Zone Management, between Fraserburgh and St Cyrus. Recent work includes the writing of a State of the Coast report collating social, economic and environmental data on the coastal area. The partnership is hosted at the Aberdeen site of The James Hutton Institute.
