This free event showcases developments and trends in The James Hutton Institute’s soft fruit breeding and research programmes. It is aimed at farmers, agronomists, those in the food and drink industries, scientists and others interested in soft fruit and consists of a seminar programme followed by a tour of the breeding plots (with fruit tasting) and current field experiments.

Attendance at Fruit for the Future is free and there is no need to book in advance. However you can speed up your arrival by printing off and completing the form below (either Word or PDF format) and bringing it with you on the day or emailing it to events@hutton.ac.uk [5].
Registration and refreshments are at 1.30pm and seminars will begin at 1.45pm followed by field tours at 3.30pm. The full programme will be available nearer to the event.
