Co-construction of a common understanding between scientist, practitioners, land managers and other stakeholders brings knowledge from different disciplines and stakeholders that is crucial for a better understanding of the linkages between nature and human wellbeing.
The Centre of Expertise for Waters [1] (CREW) activity Towards an Ecosystem Service Approach in the Lunan Catchment, used a focus group with local stakeholders to develop the ecosystem service vision for this catchment in Eastern Scotland.
