The £62m Tay City Region Deal funded project has delivered a brand new building which houses some exceptional spaces with top of the range AV facilities.
| Space | Details |

| Auditorium | Our Auditorium can seat up to 200 guests in total within the full space. We can also split this space into two rooms; Auditorium 1 seating up to 90 guests and Auditorium 2 seating up to 70 guests. This space can be adjusted to a variety of different setup styles to suit your group. |
| Avena | Often used for training purposes, this space provides an excellent space for training courses as well as mid-sized meetings. Its size lends itself well to meetings where open discussion between attendees is encouraged. This space can also be adjusted to multiple different set ups as required. |
| Rubes & Ribes | Available as the full space or two separate meeting spaces, Rubes & Ribes is ideal for mid-sized meetings. The space works especially well for boardroom style meetings but can also be adjusted into multiple different set ups as required. |
| Breakout and Smaller Meeting Rooms | An open space ideal for hosting exhibits during catering breaks for your guests to mingle and discuss. We have a number of more intimate spaces that can be hired for smaller meetings, breakout groups or hosting an Exec team at your company event. |
| Cafe | Our fantastic café is now open to the public and is a space where members of the public can drop by to grab a coffee and make use of the new CIC building. Café Opening Times – 8:30 am – 2 pm (Hot Food Service ends at 1:30 pm) |
Accessibility
We have the following facilities available for visitors with access needs:
- All of our facilities are accessible for wheelchair users
- The main passenger lift accommodates a powered wheelchair, which will enable access to all areas of the CIC
- A unisex disabled toilet is available on the ground floor
- Disabled parking is available
- Guide dogs are welcome throughout the building
- Seats can be allocated by contacting the events organiser
- Induction loops are fitted and available for use in the Auditorium
- We will take all reasonable steps to provide additional facilities and help if required
Catering
Specialist catering is provided for our Invergowrie site byElior and a variety of palates and requirements can be catered for. All catering requests and queries can be discussed with the Venue Services team when enquiring and/or booking.
