We have a range of versatile spaces available for hire across our Dundee, Aberdeen and Glensaugh sites. With new facilities and buildings now completed at both our Aberdeen and Dundee locations, we can ensure you have access to the best of our facilities and technology with spaces suitable for both large and small gatherings.
For a truly unique experience, our Glensaugh Farm site offers a stunning natural backdrop – the perfect setting for a corporate away day.

Locate your business at the Hutton
Our open science approach means that we have a variety of offices, laboratories and glasshouses available to rent on a long-term basis at our sites at Invergowrie, Aberdeen and Glensaugh.
We have already welcomed a number tenants across three sites who enjoy the space and facilities on offer as well as the proximity to Hutton scientists and expertise.
