The Hutton Hub is a multi-million-pound development, funded by the Scottish Government’s Just Transition Fund, the Macaulay Development Trust and the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, to help the north-east achieve a Just Transition to Net Zero.

Put your audience inside the experience.
Four walls of projection and surround sound, with scent to match, wrap your guests in landscapes, data and scenarios they can explore together. Ideal for workshops, launches, training and decisions that are easier to make when everyone can see the same thing.
Plus strategy games, simulators and touch tables that turn a meeting into a shared experience.

Planning your visit
Everything your guests need to know before they arrive, from access and catering to finding us.
Accessibility
We have the following facilities available for visitors with access needs:
- All of our facilities are accessible for wheelchair users
- A unisex disabled toilet is available on the main floor
- Disabled parking is available
- Guide dogs are welcome throughout the building
- Seats can be allocated by contacting the events organiser
- Induction loops are fitted and available for use in the Conference Suites
- We will take all reasonable steps to provide additional facilities and help if required
Catering
Specialist catering is provided for our Craigiebuckler site by Elior. Catering requests and queries can be discussed with the Venue Services team when enquiring and/or booking.
Catering is quoted separately from room hire.

Conference Suite 1A&B accommodates up to 120 guests when booked as a complete space, or up to 50 guests in each half. Our team can discuss room layouts to suit your event.
The Immersive Suite surrounds visitors with videos, graphics, models and simulated environments projected across four walls, supported by surround sound. Contact our team to discuss using it for your event.
Yes. Our catering partner, Elior, provides catering for meetings and events, including options for different dietary requirements. Discuss your requirements with our Venue Services team when booking.
Yes. Facilities include wheelchair access, accessible toilets and parking, plus hearing induction loops in the conference suites. Guide dogs are welcome. Please tell us about any access requirements when booking.
