Past research
Most projects detailed below have been created with a combination of Java and Vue.js.
- RTD Box, a user-friendly web interface to a bioinformatics pipeline to enable researchers to make use of specialised tools in a more accessible fashion.
- NewbieVille, a web-based application in the form of an educational game to teach players about farm management and the different access routes to farming.
- Monitoring and management tools to support the Crop Diversity HPC, a shared high performance computing resource used by seven UK institutions collaborating on crop research projects.
- Flapjack, a desktop application for visualising genetic data of crops.
