Pat is a research assistant with 25 years experience, mainly in Soil Organic Chemistry, Microbiological and Biogeochemistry of Catchment Systems. She has experience of a broad range of Analytical and Microbiological techniques with extensive fieldwork and site management skills.

Current research interests

Current interests include the study of the effect of Long Term Sewage Sludge application to Agricultural Soils on Soil Microbial Activity and the implications for Agricultural Productivity and Long Term Fertility. Another current interest is the analysis of P in buffer strips near rivers.
