What is the Immersive Suite?
It’s a room that surrounds you. Instead of talking about change, your group can stand inside it, explore it together and test what happens next.
Cleverly the front wall opens right out into our foyer, so the suite and foyer become one big flowing space. It’s made for evening receptions. Films and visuals play across the remaining walls while guests wander in and out, drink in hand, exploring at their own pace.

Four walls of projection
Nine projectors put video, graphics and images on all four walls, so there’s no front of the room and no back row.

Opens onto the foyer
The front wall opens right up, turning the suite and foyer into one flowing space for receptions and networking.

Simulated worlds
A media server and games engine create environments you can move through freely, on foot, by quad bike or from the air.

Interactive touch tables
Use them flat for hands-on group activities, or upright as screens. Ideal for games, workshops and shared decisions.
Experiences in the Immersive Suite
Hiring the room is just the start. We also have a number of ready made experiences your group can enjoy:
- DigiTools: Move freely through a simulated landscape, on foot, by quad bike or from the air, with the whole room moving around you. (Immersive Suite)
- DigiFlock: Take charge of a sheep farm and tackle disease together. Choose actions like repairing fences, keeping visitor records, boot dips and calling the virtual vet, then see how each choice affects biosecurity, animal health, community and value. (Immersive Suite and touch tables)
- DigiFarm: Balance biodiversity, soil health, community and value by choosing farming practices such as wildflower strips, minimum tillage and hedge management. (Touch tables)
- Virtual farm tours: Explore real farms through interactive 360 degree footage and find your own way round. (Touch tables)
- Biodiversity quizzes: Test your knowledge of on-farm biodiversity and farm management, with versions for Scotland, Austria and the Czech Republic, in their native languages. (Touch tables)

We designed our immersive space to be flexible, interactive and engaging. It’s a place where people can explore data and images in new ways, experiment with ideas, and learn through play. The space adapts to the people using it, encouraging curiosity, creativity and collaboration.

Yes, you can present your own slides or plug in your own laptop. If you have video or other material you’d like to show across all four walls, get in touch beforehand so we can check it works.
All of our facilities are step-free and accessible for wheelchair users, and disabled parking is available. If you or your guests have particular needs, tell us when you enquire and we’ll take all reasonable steps to help.
There’s free parking on site. Specialist catering is provided by Elior and quoted separately from room hire.
Yes. The Immersive Suite sits alongside our conference suites, breakout area and café meeting rooms, so you can book a combination for a full away day or event.
