He has a strong track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes, improving efficiency, and achieving results - having been nationally recognised for both IT Team of the Year and Digital Transformation of the Year in a previous role before joining the Hutton Group, reflecting his ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver impactful, organisation-wide change.
