Networks

SEGS members represent the group at a wide range of academic conferences, by sitting on various expert panels and through numerous knowledge exchange events. More information on a selection of these can be found below. In addition, SEGS are continually establishing links with prestigious universities and research institutions through joint-appointments. To date these include the University of St Andrews and Nordregio (Nordic Centre for Spatial Development, Sweden).

Research notes and reports

Researchers in SEGS have created a series of short research notes to communicate the findings of some of our recent research projects.

Research Tools

Researchers in SEGS have created freely available tools for assessing economic feasibility of enviromentally related projects.

Seminar Series

The James Hutton Research Institute is the result of the merger in April 2011 of MLURI and SCRI. This merger formed a new powerhouse for research into food, land use, and climate change.
